Digital Freedom BBQ Has Demos and Dinner

Everyone here at MSL has been busy getting everything in order for our big Kick-Off Party, featuring the Meteor DP8700 XL Digital Press. One of the most important aspects of any party? The FOOD! We are excited Alexander J’s Smokehouse will be catering our event. Flint based Alexander J’s offers BBQ-style food which we’ve all enjoyed at MSL on multiple occasions.  That’s why they were a natural and easy choice for us to make when deciding what sort of food we wanted to offer our guests at the Kick-Off Party October 19th & 20th. What better way to celebrate Digital Freedom than an All-American BBQ?

So what kind of food can you expect when we see you next Wednesday or Thursday?

Pulled Pork Sandwiches
Listed on their menu as “The Cooper”, Alexander J’s famous pulled pork sandwich is made with apple-smoked pork shoulder, hand-pulled in large tender chucks topped with creamy cole slaw and mild BBQ sauce and served on a ciabatta bun. This sandwich has become a staple for MSL employee’s during lunch time, and we know you’ll love it as much as we do.
Chicken Wings
Is there anything more American than wings? Alexander J’s smoked fired wings are slow smoked, fried and tossed in sauce for perfection.
Homemade Chip
Not many restaurants make their own potato chips, and those that do rarely get them as right as Alexander J’s does.

Of course MSL will have a lot more to offer our guests that just a delicious meal. We will have a number of machines available for demo during the party. Along with the Meteor you can also expect to see:

Horizon BQ-470 Perfect Binder
MBM Aerocut Programmable Finisher
