Huge Refreshed Product Line From: HEAT SEAL
Heat Seal has a great reputation as a manufacturer of many types of shrink wrapping machines, including their Heat Seal Automated Shrink Wrapper. They have just released a huge refresh to their product line and the newly redesigned products are outstanding. We had a HDX 2000 pass through our shop recently and I was floored by the intelligent design and great build quality.
There’s a lot of deep thought that has gone into the new design. Operator access improves with all new lighting and visibility. The electrical controls have been revamped with modern industrial control products and high grade sensors that are available worldwide.
Most of these new shrink wrapping products from Heat Seal no longer require air. This is a big deal for efficiency. Using electric motors instead of pneumatics reduces the cost of operation by a huge amount. This new era includes the Heat Seal Automated Shrink Wrapper, making the machines more consistent and reliable while also removing the requirement for a strong air compressor.
HDX 2000 Automatic L-Bar Sealer
The HDX 2000 is a completely redesigned automated L-Bar sealer that strengthens the Heat Seal Automated Shrink Wrapper family. Designed for seamless integration with a heat tunnel, it offers a complete packaging solution.
This automated sealer features two large plexiglass gull-wing doors and a fully lit interior section. It has high-grade controller and sensing electronics that are available worldwide. The machine sets up automatically based on the operators selections with the touch screen control panel.
HDX250A Combo System L-Bar Sealer and Shrink Tunnel
The HDX 250A Combo System is a fantastic new product from Heat Seal. This all-electric model boasts a cutting-edge design, built with modern practices and new technologies. It requires no compressed air, showcasing its commitment to all-electric functionality.
This combination system has a 20″ x 20″ sealing area with a one-piece blade. The integrated heating tunnel has an 18″ wide by 10″ high opening with a tunnel length of 23.” This size capability makes the HDX 250A suitable for all kinds of common shrink wrapping applications of all shapes and sizes. It stands as a prime example of a Heat Seal Automated Shrink Wrapper.
