With next level automation and even more user-friendly features built-in, the new BQ-300 Perfect Binder allows almost anyone to efficiently produce professional quality books. The system will be shown in-line with the HT-300 Three-side Trimmer for seamless, variable-format perfect bound book production in a single process up to 500 books/hour. Also showing book block preparation for case binding.
SPF-2000: The next generation of the classic bookletmaker, now even better.
The NEW SPF-2000 Bookletmaking System from Horizon features enhanced automation, quality, and user friendliness for high productivity up to 4,700 cycles/hour. Changeover is 50% faster than previous models making it ideal for high-mix, low volume production. Offering intuitive operation and a compact footprint, the system can produce A4 landscape format booklets and handle both digital and offset workflows.
HSF-50: A high-speed sheet feeder for pre-collated digital work, replacing the HOF-400.
Horizon’s NEW HSF-50 Sheet Feeder runs at 45,000 sheets/hour and will be shown seamlessly switching from cut sheet feeding to bypass mode for roll-fed production with the StitchLiner Mark V Saddlestitcher. The complete system produces up to 6,000 high quality booklets/hour, with fully automated set-up and variable sheet-count bookletmaking. Additional saddlestitching configuration will be processing offset output from collating towers.
